So I had an interesting day... I am a big advocate for the Disney Look, especially being a Core Trainer, but there is one "Manager" that has an issue knowing the proper way to coach a cast member that may have a look issue. Today I wanted to celebrate and honor the brave men and women who have fought and died for our country. Since I couldn't be with my family in Wisconsin standing out on the bridge overlooking Hwy 94 waving the American Flag for 5+ hours I wanted to do my own salute. Now as cast members we are allowed to wear the Mickey American Flag pin as part of our costume, but since I am not sure what has become of mine I decided to wear my American Flag/ Jiminy Cricket pin, pictured here. I have worn it on other Military holidays and was never questioned about it until today.
